Start off with rinsing Veggies, then Cube Chicken, Zucchini, Squash, and Onions. Remove seeds and cap from Sweet Peppers. The Mushrooms and Tomatoes can stay whole.
Put all on Kabobs and season to taste. You can rotate all items on one Kabob if you choose, I prefer to fill a Kabob with one item so that I can take items off as they get done and leave others on longer. Cook Chicken till fully cooked, you can just lightly grill the veggies or cook till soft depending on your preference.
1 Large Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium Squash
About 10 White cap Mushrooms
1 Small Red Onion
About 8 Mini Sweet Peppers
About 10 Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
A few Jalapeño
